The design of 29 recreational buildings
follows peaceably and logically the existing area - the network of roads and existing buildings.
The architecture of the buildings
matches the local piedmont countryside. All types of buildings are two-floor, brick buildings in combination witch timbering and wood paneling of the gables. Everything is in the Krkonoše style.
The buildings will be heated
by electric boilers with automatic regulating system alongside with fire-place stoves.
Separate estates are connected by roads. On every allocation there is a parking place for two cars.
The individual roads
are connected to public roads leading to the III/28440 Pecka-Borovnice road.
To supply the area with drinking water
and for the fire safety there is a water distribution system connected to the existing water supply line. Each house will have its own private connection line.
The stormwater sewer is planned to divert the rain water from the land, roof and paved areas.
A newly built sewage station
will absorb all sewage water.
The whole area will be supplied by electric power
from a newly built 800kVa transformer station which will be powered by 35kV high voltage overhead wires.
The buildings and the whole area
will have no negative effect on the environment. On the contrary it will be even friendlier to the environment thanks to building from natural fibres, heating by the electric power and the new sewage station.
Every house
will be connected to the distribution of electric power and water and to the sewage and rain water drainage. It will be equipped with a separate energy consumption measurement and will have a paved area for parking.
